Technology Architect(SME)

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in MS Dynamics CRM with at least 8 years of experience in IT

2. Hands on experience of Dynamics CRM implementation and has developed/customized Dynamics CRM for enterprise application

3. Conducted workshops and JAD sessions for technical solution/decisions

4. Experience in providing architectural solution for Dynamics CRM implementation

5. Worked on SQL Server Reporting Service reports and understanding of Server Reporting Integration Service

6. Understanding of various types of integration - SSIS, Web Services.

7. Experience in design, build and implementation of Dynamics CRM. Knowledge of Dynamics CRM data model and solution architecture

8. Hands on expertise in customizing Dynamics CRM - development of Java Script, plug-ins, workflows, reports, UI configuration

9. Identification of unit testing and writing test cases for testing developed functionality

10. Worked on Sales Service and Marketing modules and understand the security model of Dynamics CRM

Job Description:

1. Drive technology solution and indetify required design patterns or framework

2. Guide team with any technical challenges. Make sure resolution is identified in time to enable on time delivery

3. Support PM in work alloction and prioritizing the tasks

4. Participate in team meetings and provide directions for technology related topics

5. Review design and code. Set up coding and design standards as required for a project

6. Work on Proof of concepts and Conference Room Pilots as per the need of the project

7. Conduct trainings and knowledge workshops for the team members on the technology pertaining to the need of the project

8. Identify training needs and closely work with Team leads for addressing day to day technical challenges

9. Responsible for delivering performant code base.

10. Participate in required performance tuning exercise and provide adequate solution to improve performance.
