Job Description:
· To be responsible for customer daily operation, understand & monitor the OPS & Excel requirement to ensure service quality to customers.
· To be responsible to source warehouse operator base on product sales strategy and market requirement. Go through the service provider management process (including SPA) and ensure compliance with company policy.
· To be responsible to set up standard tariff sheet, SOP, KPI, operation checklists and documentation requirements with each service provider. Daily management the operation, conducting regular operation evaluation and on-site operation management and timely reactions to improve productivity and service level.
· To be responsible for the transition program for every new project, set up DLSOP and KPI for each customer, manage the daily operation of each project and ensure quality service to customers.
· To set up JD for team members and address training to them to make sure they have required knowledge and skills to fulfill customer service requirement.
· To conduct staff appraisal and make recommendations on subordinate's salary review.
· To take up additional responsibilities as required to meet the company needs.

The Qualification:
· University graduate with at least 3 years' managerial experience, preferably in distribution management or supply chain management.
· Team player, Independent, Positive & Aggressive attitude.
· Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
