职位描述
Responsibility:
To maintain and develop hotel/lodging channels with sales margin and contribution.
Job Duties:
1. Hotel/Lodging channels development.
？ Maintain a good relationship with current hotel/lodging customers;
？ Find, assess, develop and manage the new channels;
？ Increase the POS coverage in their region;
？ Submit the forecast;
？ Follow up the sales order, logistics, payments, promotion support etc.
2. People Management
？ Set up and allocate the department targets, review and evaluate the achievement of team members;
？ Coach and motivate team members.
3. Budget Follow-up and Cost Control
？ Define yearly budgets and follow up;
？ Control expenses;
4. Weekly and monthly sales report.
5. Other related work.
Job Requirements:
1. College degree or above;
2. Above 8 years sales experience in FMCG industry, including 3+ years team management experience;
3. Channels management experience is must;
4. Experience in international beverage industry is a plus;
5. Strategic thinking with strong skills in problem identification, analysis and solving , strong negotiation and communication skills, good at taking initiative and making decision.
