经验要求：
1.人力资源、工商管理及相关专业本科及以上学历。Bachelor’s degree and above in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
2.3-5年培训相关的工作经验，有制造企业工作经验优先。3-5 years of progressive experience in a human resources training position. Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
3.具有全面的人力资源组织发展建设能力。Full range of developed HR competencies in organizational development.
4.良好的沟通能力和团队合作能力。Communication and team skills are essential.
5.电脑熟练。Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office applications.
6.英语说写流利。 Fluent spoken and written English skills.

工作职责：
1.制定、跟进公司员工年度培训计划及培训预算。Make and follow up annual training plans and training budget.
2.根据公司的年度培训计划，进行课程设计开发，安排教员以及对外部培训员进行调查、培训效果评估。Participate in program design and development, facilitator arrangement and training evaluation according to company training plan.
3.负责所有培训项目的组织，协调工作，诸如确定培训时间，地点，及时通知参加培训的员工，协助培训教员设计，分发培训资料等。Be responsible for all training program logistics and coordination, e.g. training date, venue and participants notification. Assist facilitators on design, materials delivery, and so on.
4. 负责组织公司所有培训项目的考评工作，并向管理层提交考评报告。Be responsible for evaluation on all training programs and provide relevant reports to the management team.
5.负责保存公司所有员工的培训档案。 Be responsible for filing training record and other information.
6.负责公司组织能力的建设。Responsible for the company's organizational capacity building.
7.协助部门领导完成指定工作。Assist dept. manager on other assigned tasks.
