General Description
To check the received payment and notice OP to release the B/L and offset the A/R
Specific Accountabilities
? Check the payment detail and stamp “receipt” chop on the invoice, then OP will release B/L to the customer.
? Offset received payment with individual outstanding invoices in the accounting system.
? Inform OP for unmatched/unknown payments, and clear unknown payments timely.
? Push and chase outstanding invoices.
? Prepare relative reports.
Skills Required
? With good interpersonal skills
? Fluency in both English and Mandarin
? Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
Experience and Qualifications
? Above college degree in finance or accounting related major
? More than 1 years similar accounting experience in related industry is preferable.
