东莞招聘

1、通过电话及网络搜集/开发新客户，开发并收集企业客户管理培训/认证咨询需求信息；
2、负责公开课、内训课程及认证咨询的推广及销售活动并达成目标要求；
3、负责解答管理培训/认证咨询销售过程中的客户咨询问题；
4、根据客户需求/问题提供建议、咨询/培训方案并制作咨询/培训方案、报价等资料；
5、参与课程培训的现场服务，保持与客户的良好沟通与交流；
6、其它与培训推广相关工作。

岗位任职要求：

1、专科及以上学历，性别及户籍不限；
2、良好的综合素质与沟通能力，性格外向开朗，主动热情，乐观自信，表达和倾听能力强；
3、有较强的学习适应能力，要有充分的自信和挑战自我的决心，有耐心，有毅力，有责任心；
4、具备较强的客户服务意识、客户开发与管理能力和团队协作能力；

5、敬业，能做电话业务、能偶尔出差工作；

6、有挑战高薪的决心和毅力；
7、熟悉互联网络，熟练使用网络交流工具和各种办公软件；
8、有电话销售工作经验或企业培训专员、助理工作经验者优先录用；
9、尤其欢迎从事过企业内部培训管理工作和管理培训销售工作经验的人员前来应聘！

薪资待遇：

工资（底薪+饭贴+提成=5000以上）+法定节假日带薪+公司福利+每年加薪
