岗位工作内容：

1、利用电话及网络搜集、开发新客户，收集、分析、捕捉客户培训需求；

2、负责培训课程的推广、招生及销售活动；

3、组织协调招生工作，负责解答培训销售、招生中的客户咨询问题；

4、根据客户需求/问题提供培训建议并制作培训方案，通过洽谈形成购买；

5、参与课程培训的现场服务，保持与客户的良好沟通与交流；

6、其它与培训推广相关工作。

岗位任职要求：

1、大专及以上学历，性别及户籍不限，专业不限；

2、良好的综合素质与沟通能力，自信、乐观、开朗、沉稳、积极进取、抗压性强；

3、勤于学习、表达清晰、反应敏捷、责任心强；

4、热爱销售工作，能适应电话沟通、偶尔出差；

5、具备较强的客户服务意识、客户开发与管理能力和团队协作能力；

6、注重职业形象、普通话标准、熟悉word、Excel、PowerPoint等Office办公软件；

7、有极强的成功欲望及挑战高薪的动力并且有长期从事销售工作的打算；

8、英文读写熟练者优先录用；

9、有电话销售、企业培训管理工作、生产制造类管理工作经验者优先录用。

薪资待遇：

底薪+饭贴+提成+法定节假日带薪+公司福利+年度旅游+每年加薪
