Responsiblity:
-Work with the agent to provide timely and accurate information/feedbacks to non-local employees
-In charge of all relevant communications
-Work with the agents for document collection, notification, process follow up
-Collect the market practice and relevant policies and procedures
-Ensure the process and information provided are up-to-date and accurate
-Track non-local employees' benefit
-Maintain timely and accurate document and records
-Support other HR tasks per request

Requirement:
-College or above, at least 2 years’ working experience in HR field
-Good at verbal and written English. Proficient with Excel and Word.
-Good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
-Hard working, willing to work under pressure.
