Job Duties
1.Handle export and/or import shipment customer service, operations and customer complaints
2.Follow procedure as per SOP and other specified customers requirements
3.Alert for pre-notified port issues, service alterations, and other adverse external factors
4.Report service failure and other exceptions
5.Provide other specified special reports
6.Provide special tasks, including and not limited to, onsite tally/inspection, implants at customers premises
7.Handle export shipment enquiries, shipment leads, pre-advice, operations, documentation, pre-alerts and LOT sending.
8.Ensure timeliness/data quality as per requirement and timely escalation of exception issues.
9.Coordinate with carriers, land transporters, customs brokers, warehouse operators and other subcontractors to ensure smooth operations


Requirements
1.College graduate & CET-4 or above level.
2.At least 1-2 year logistics experience in Ocean Freight/Air Freight.
3.Good computer skills, especially MS Office applications
4.Good written English
5.Flexible, capable of team work and performance under pressure
6.Overtime required
