Job Duty Description:

1.Responsible for production master planning, capacity allocation, production scheduling and order arrangement to meet division and customer requirements,

2.Release PO in SAP as per business rule,

3.Internal/External communication with relative departments and parties to solve the problem in a timely manner,

4.Responsible for measuring factory and supplier performance to improve on time delivery and avoid airfreight, to achieve a cooperative partnership,

5.Set up working process and rule for the team accordingly to company goal, hold their accountability to achieve business success,

6.Manage the team members to balance workload, provide ongoing coaching, training opportunity for the team, to im

prove the performance and self-development,

7.Other duties assigned by team leader,

8.Preferred: Working experience for Target customer knowing well about the operation process of product develop,

order placement,packing instruction, lab test standard, inspection, quality insurance...etc.

Requirement:

1.Bachelor degree or above, major at Supply Chain, English or equivalent education. Good communication skills, in both written and verbal English. Skills of using MS office, especially good at excel, word, SAP,

2.More than 10 years production planning working experience, familiar with the Production process, has manufactur

experience would be priority,

3.Strong analytical and good numerical skills,

4.Careful, active and responsible. Self-motivated, well-organized and independent. Be good team player.
