Job Objective工作目标:
To ensure Facility equipment in good condition to(Electricity, water treatment, compressed air, HVAC, fire-fighting system, office and building) with constant reduction of corrective maintenance and efficient preventive program.
To meet company’s goals in term of delivery and cost.

Job Responsibilities工作职责:
Work with project team, define and ensure a good facility configuration during the construction project period. Ensure a good installation and vertical ramp up of the facility equipment.
Manage the facility in order to:
─ Realize the preventive maintenance of the production lines according to the yearly preventive plan;
─ Provide the manpower in correspondence to the needs;
─ Follow-up of the maintenance consumables;
─ Work in team with the engineers in production in order to reduce the breakdown level of all the production lines;
─ Maintenance in a good condition all the other equipments of the company.
Manage the engineering project in order to achieve the engineering work requirement with cost optimization;
Set up and lead the working groups in order to implement TQM-TPM (Total Quality Management-Total Prevent Maintenance);
Define/Coordinate the Engineering & Modification work with the engineering/maintenance team;
Exercise administration responsibility for discipline, employee morale and harmonious relations of all production personnel;
Review and evaluate performance of maintenance operation and take necessary actions to improve them.
Ensure and maintain good housekeeping safe working practice;
Set up and maintain operation procedures for prompt and accurate reporting system;
Participate in preparation of operating budgets and control costs as its efficient level
Implement a consistent and fair discipline in accordance to company policies, rules and Regulations;
EHS:
Total comply with local regulations & laws and follow site EHS procedures /rules.
Attend EHS training, participate in site EHS activities and promote EHS requirements.
Timely report any EHS related injury /environmental / occupational health cases and near miss cases and TF4/TF5; and ensure all corrective actions will be closed within defined timeline.

Job Requirements工作要求
TPM expert;
Master an Engineering level in mechanical field.
Fluent English;
>5years experience in the field;
Good experience in maintenance projects/knowledge and conception;
Knowledge in maintenance software
Managing teams
