Sr. Sales Ops Representative

Responsibilities:

1. Manage daily backlog of strategic and non strategic accounts. Will daily receive and enter customer purchase orders into the system and manage/review customer's forecast .
2. Responsible for answering all enquiries from customers and sales people, regarding order status.
3. Will work daily with Supply Chain to ensure proper order fulfillment. Will expedite orders as required. Will also provide constant customer support with order fulfillment, delivery issues, shortages, inventory availability and order status.
4. Develops and maintains positive customer relations; coordinates with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner. This position has authority to substantially affect the relationship between the company and a customer, either from a financial standpoint or product standpoint.
5. The individual will be a key member of the SanDisk Global Sales Operations Team and will be supporting APAC OEM and Retail distributor accounts.
6. This individual is responsible for managing all aspects of this support including demand, execution, inventory levels and project management for strategic customers.
7. The individual must develop and maintain positive customer relations; coordinate various functions within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
   
   

Requirements:

• This position requires a BS/BA degree or equivalent with 5~8 years of experience in account management, some Supply Planning/Demand Planning experience.
• The ideal individual must have proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment and proven experience in project management. An individual of high integrity, energy and enthusiasm: self-directed and motivated, with the ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex supply problems.
• This individual must be able to coordinate priorities and initiatives and have excellent planning and problem solving skills. This position requires excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Excel.
