岗位职责
1、此岗位为临时工岗位，从9月至12月上班，5天制8小时上班制；
2、上班地址：东莞厚街；
3、负责公司前台接待及电话接转；
4、收发信件、报刊、文件等；
5、负责信件、包裹的安排及与快递公司的联系；
6、文具购买、发放和用量控制；
7、会议室会前布置；
8、展厅环境维护等等；


任职资格
1、高中学历以上；
2、熟悉前台工作流程，熟练使用各种办公自动化设备；
3、工作热情积极、细致耐心，具有良好的沟通能力、协调能力，性格开朗，相貌端正，待人热诚；
4、熟练使用相关办公软件。
