Senior Program Specialist - Gift-with purchase (GWP), gift & premium, soft goods, cut & sewn items
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
? Handle communication with internal & external customer directly
? Review customer tech-pack and work with factories to make samples
? Ability to communicate with merchant and sample room on any sample faults
? Ability to suggest alternative design constructions on issue areas
? Costing exercise for samples made with good knowledge of Price Points
? Recommendations on how to reach target price points
? Excellent negotiating skills
? Good knowledge of GWP Product and the relevant Client’s standard operation procedures
? Good and reliable relationships with manufacturers, fabric suppliers and mills
? Excellent production planning and scheduling ability
Skills and Qualifications:
? able to work independently, proactive
? able to communicate in English & Chinese, written & verbal
? 8 years or above relevant working experience
? college degree or above
? good team player
