We are recruiting a senior role on behalf of multinational foreign company with strong reputation. This Company was established in the United States in 1905 New Jersey, with nearly a hundred years of history. There are multiple production bases, product marketing than 100 countries and regions in the Americas, Europe and Asia. Now we are seeking high caliber Sr. HR Supervisor- be part of their team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Execute HR initiatives, processes and programs (i.e., staffing, compensation and benefits, employees relationship, policy administration, HR data management, etc) to support the business objectives.
Identify staffing requirements and develop efficient manpower plan based on organizational goals and objectives.
Implement sourcing, interviewing, selection and placement of both exempt and non-exempt personnel to effectively attract talents for supporting organization growth and development.
Address and resolve employee-related issues in a timely and responsive manner in compliance with regulation and Company behaviors.
Participate in establishing and implementing the development of HR policies, procedures and programs and their dissemination to employees.
Help fosters an environment that driving performance and career development, and providing feedback and coaching to employees.
Plan and initiate a series of employees' activities that promote effective communication and upgrade employees' morale to support organizational growth and development.
Effectively implement best-practice HR process and operations with regard to organizational planning, performance management, recruiting, people development, etc.
Serve as a liaison / consultant to business functions on people selection, employee-related issues.
Build rapport and communicate effectively with employees, to demonstrate the awareness of their different needs, background and cultures in bridging their difference with the management.

REQUIREMENTS:
Experiences Desired:
-Experience in a Human Resource function as a generalist in a Multinational Organization.
-Performed effectively in a cross-functional and team environment.
-Worked successfully in a role/ project that demonstrated a customer / client partnership.
-Demonstrated ability in project planning management, effective communication skills.
-Interact effectively with employees at different levels, demonstrating awareness
of their different needs, background and cultures.
Knowledge Desired:
-Mastery of specific areas in HR function (e.g., staffing, C&B, training, ER.)
-Knowledge of Employment legislation.
-Understanding of financial principles, budget processes resources planning.
-Basic understanding of business functions (e.g., finance, plant operations).
-Basic understanding of motivation, development, and behavior.
