Position Summary
This is a key Full Time Six Sigma Black Belt leadership position. This position will require an experienced Design for Six Sigma Black Belt, preferably with strong electro-mechanical engineering background in product development and engineering. This position will work closely with product development as a technical coach at the early phases of product development.
Key Responsibilities
? Initial focus of this position is to teach and train New Product Development teams in Asia the key Six Sigma tools and certify them as Green Belts.
? Voice of Customer(VOC)
? Quality Function Deployment (QFD)
? Design Scorecard
? Design for Excellence
? Design of Experiments (DOE)
? Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA)
? Analysis of Variance
? ANOVA Gauge R&R
? Correlations
? Regression Analysis
? ……….
? Also, this position will mentor and train engineer’s through projects.
? Finally, this position will lead improvements of current Engineering processes and practices.
Person Specifications
? Bachelor degree in Engineering or above
? Six SigmaBlack Belt certification.
? Attend the DFSS training.
? 3 - 5 years of relevant experience:
? new product development, R&D, Quality Engineering
? Industrial high volume manufacturing environment
? Extensive experience in leading and implementing Six Sigma
? Direct experience in implementing Six Sigma, APQP, Reliability planning & execution, product qualification & testing,supplier involvement, quality technologies, manufacturing quality & supplier quality systems are preferred
? Good communication, listening and interpersonal skills; English & mandarin
