We are recruiting a senior role on behalf of a well-developed company in fast moving consumer goods industry operating in China with presence in more than 80 countries and territories. It carries a wide range of products including the world's best selling Health Care, Skin Care, Personal Care and Home Care., etc. The company is a pioneer in the direct-selling industry, achieving RMB 22 billion sales volume in China in 2010 with 7000 employees'dedication all over China. The company is seeking high caliber Senior Technical Services Manager to be part of their team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead both IT security and server teams
- Manage security related initiatives, system risk control and business continuity plan
- Develop, review and implement IT security policy and standard
- Develop and implement IT control and conduct compliance check
- Lead, coordinate and support IT related risk assessment and audit
- Liaise with US Headquarter to implement global IS security strategy in Greater China
- Maintain all servers at data centers with three major platforms, i.e. AS/400, RS/6000 and Windows
- Develop and implement server consolidation strategy
- Travel to regional offices and US Headquarter is required
Requirements
- Degree holder in IT related disciplines
- Minimum 10 years relevant experience with at least 8 solid experience in IT security
- Knowledge of system risk management and business continuity plan is required
- Holder of CISSP/CISA/CISM or related qualifications is preferable
- Strong technical skills in the server management
- Leadership and strong communication skills
- Language skills in English and Mandarin
- Work and base location is in Guangzhou
