职位描述
Task:
-Responsible for inventory cycle count monitor at 3PL according to Cycle Count Process, make full analysis on any variance and take necessary measures for improvement.
-Responsible for 2 system stock difference verification and updating on daily basis.
-Responsible for special stock movement coordination between Siemens and 3rd party vendor.
-Responsible for record and summary the stock difference reason to the team leader for the further track and tracing.
-Coordinate with 3PL for the onsite stock difference verification at warehouse.
-Ensure prompt, safe and accurate data /photo collection on daily warehouse operations; Coordinate with related partner / Forwarder for process optimization and problem solving;
-Complete other work assigned by superior.
Report line:
-Report to Warehouse stock control leader.
-Communication Channel:
-Internal communicate with Order Management Group, Operation Group, etc., in LCC.
-External communicate with 3rd party service provider, Forwarder and Siemens Regions and Customers etc.,
Knowledge/Languages requirement:
-Diploma Degree or above
-English skill: middle or high, both Spoken and Written;
-Graduated from university of science and technolog.
-Be familiar with ERP/SAP system
Experience requirement
-At least 3 years warehouse management experience,
-have Knowledge of warehouse operation and inventory control;
-Have experience of system operation of MRP/SAP.
-Have experience in accounting, statistics or graphic design experience preferred
-With good Communication Skill
-Good at analysis, summary and with good report skill.
-Need to work at SuZhou Xiang cheng area warehouse.
