工作职责：

1. 联系工厂，确定准确验货时间。

2. 准时到达验货现场，严格按照操作流程验货。

3. 及时反映验货现场情况，做到灵活处理各种特殊情况

4. 整理图片，填写报表。

5. 协助办公室解决验货图片和报告中的各种疑问

工作职责概述Summary of Responsibility

1) Inspect the products with the inspection criteria 100%

100%按照检查产品的标准验货

2) Sort and test products, when detect problems notify coordinator or other responsible parties.

分类和测试产品,当发现问题通知协调员或其他责任人
3 Use measuring devices and equipment to make records of their findings.

使用公司指定测量设备测量货品并记录好发现的各种问题或异常

4) Take photos and verify functioning of products according to specifications.

拍照和按照产品规格功能验证的产品
5) Collect production quality data

收集生产质量数据

6) Count and supervise loading containers

清点和监督装载容器
7) Complete inspection report
完成验货报告

OUR SERVICE: PRE SHIPMENT INSPECTION IN ORIGIN
It consists on the physical and documentary shipments review in the country of origin (Indonesia) this allows that shipments at arrival in Mexican port, comply with all requirements of local customs authorities, obtaining the clearance of goods just the next day after container reach Mexican port.

SCOPE OF OUR SERVICE
 Supervise the good condition of the container
 Count the quantity of packages stuffed into the container.
 Count the quantity of pieces per package.
 Take detailed photographs of all items stuffed into the container.
 Compliance with commercial Official Mexican Standards (NOMs)
 Compliance with non-tariff regulations
 Validation of the corresponding HS code
 Documentary shipments review
