Responsibilities:
1. Customer complaint handling
2. Customer audit/visit supporting
3. Internal complaint learning and sharing
4. Maverick lot and PAT
5. Green belt handling
6. Lead the quality improvement based on quality data

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in Engineering major
2. Over 10 years’ experience in relevant quality and operations experience with semiconductor assembly process, especially in complaint handling and quality system
3. Good knowledge in ISO9001/14001
4. Good knowledge in electronic and discrete device product
5. Good knowledge in 8D problem solving and PDCA methodology
6. Be familiar with ESD, FMEA, SPC, MSA
7. Good 6 sigma knowledge
8. Strong statistics skill
9. Good command of spoken and written English
