Job Description
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
The incumbent will play a core leadership role at Bussmann Xi’an plant, to ensure the plant’s day to day operation and management can meet customer request and business goal.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1.Deploy and lead various operational initiatives related to division vision, strategy, Profit Plan & Strategic Plan alignment and division goal expectations.
2.Provide directions, oversight support and guidance for end to end supply chain operational excellence, including Eaton Business System, Eaton Lean Six Sigma, and MESH.
3.Develop and provide coaching to the plant operation, engineering and functional organization.
4.Ensure a safe work environment for all employees, including environmental and health compliance.
5.Establish the continuous improvement culture through various Eaton tools and processes.
6.Ensure customer’s orders and company products are produced and delivered in accordance with planned schedules, job specifications, established quality standards and planned growth and profit objectives.
7.Monitor overall plant performance and ensure all maintenance and capital assets are being maintained and utilized effectively. Lead operation and performance improvement initiatives.
8.Drive manufacturing process and productivity improvements through the team in the plant.
9.Monitor plant activities, trouble shoot and resolve unusual problems related to equipment, tooling, material and production processes to ensure meeting planned production and product quality standards are maintained.
10.Promotes and enhance Eaton Ethics, Value and Philosophy, and high engagement culture.
11.Ensure the plant’s conformance with all government, and environmental regulations, and nurse relationships with authorities in the local community.

Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements)
1.University degree with technical education background

2.Ten years above experiences in multiple and overall plant environment including manufacturing operation, sourcing and supply chain, engineering, Finance and HR.

3.Good communication and presentation skills both in Chinese and English, with the ability to manage internal and external relationships.

4.Strong leadership skills, trustworthy and independent.

5.Strong ability to influence and work within matrixed organization.

6.Ability to drive change and continuous improvement.

7.Highly knowledgeable in Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen
