III. Principal Responsibilities （主要职责）
? New Product Development (80%)
？ Design, develop, test and release the electrical Power Supply Module used to generate AC voltage that will be converted into ultrasonic power for welding and cleaning
？ Work with Marketing/Product Management in establishing Product Requirement Specification for target new products
？ Develop and propose Engineering Specifications(Hardware Requirements Specifications - HRS) for Power Supply Modules and sub-level systems/components based on PRS
？ Work out Concept Design Alternatives for electronic circuit of power supply module based on existing designs and/or requirements for the new products
？ Conduct Technical Feasibility Evaluation on the Alternative Designs and recommend the best approach to go
？ Perform detailed design and create schematics and BoM for designed circuits
？ Conduct cost analysis and generate ideas to keep cost down from engineering and design point of view
？ Build primitive form of electrical circuits with breadboards and other convenient materials, and construct functional circuits on PCB
？ System debugging, testing and matching
？ Implement design validation and release
？ Support Supply Chain in system/component sourcing

? Technical Support (20%)
？ Provide necessary support to production as requested
？ Support aftermarket issue analysis and resolving
？ Support ECR/ECN as required
？ Other tasks assigned by manager

IV. Prerequisites（任职必要条件）
Education/Skills / Technical Knowledge / Experience（学历/技能/专业知识/经历）

? BS in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or equivalent.
? Min. 3 years experience of electrical design and new product development especially in the field of Power Supply in the 0.5-4KW range
? Knowledge of electrical power generation, conversion and transformation theory and engineering for the Power Supply
? Aware of fundamentals of project management, with sense of urgency and on-time delivery
? Familiar with common commercial electronic components in the related field
? Able to test electrical circuits, and solve issues
? Skills in using circuit design software, Altium Designer is preferred
? Basic understanding of product development process and change control process
? Able to handle English literatures
