Job Description
Manage fulfillment relationships with key clients and develop a thorough understanding of Client's business and key procurement processes and strategies
Develop and maintain an excellent understanding of IBM and ISC's key plays, products and services
Work closely with the sales teams to support the sale and act as the CF SME throughout the sales process interlocking with client, client team and CF
Act as the Client's advocate within IBM for all Fulfillment related issues
Identify and build relationships with key client contacts in all relevant areas of the client's business - i.e procurement, vendor management, accounts payable
Develop and maintain a strong awareness of industry trends and competitors
Share knowledge with clients and IBM team members to improve understanding of client's processes and requirements and increase customer satisfaction

Required
Bachelor's Degree
At least 3 years experience in Manage fulfillment relationships with key clients
English: Fluent
