职位描述
Key responsibility:
Recruitment:
Based on Farm Manpower Plan, recruit farm employees from appropriate channels to ensure all farm open positions are filled by qualified candidates as required time:
* Resume screening;
* Interview along with line manager and evaluation to candidates;
* Arrange health check, reference check, pre on-boarding, etc.
On-boarding
Based on farm handbook and other policies, make on-boarding process to make new employee get better understanding of Fonterra policies:
* Orientation Training, test and pre-employment notice;
* Collect employee related paper and information;
* Coordinate with WH keeper to let employee have proper PPE;
* Coordinate with line manager to begin the department on-boarding process.
Employee Relations
* As farm contact person, manage farm employee relations to keep it in health condition:
* Labour contract management;
* Deal with any employee misconduct;
* Any necessary steps related to employee transfer, promotion or dismissal;
* Keep and update employee Information;
* Deal with any labour dispute;
* Set up labour union and maintain the regular;
* Communicate with employees for any rising issues related to HR.
C&B
As on-site HR, cooperate with C&B specialist to keep farm employees salary and insurance can be compensated accordingly:
* Collect the right attendance data and distribute payroll;
* Register Commercial insurance for employee
* Conduct either social Insurance claim or commercial insurance claim
* Conduct any issues related to insurance cards application and housing fund application
* Maintain employee information in the HRIS in time
* Answer any questions from farm employees related to C&B
Performance
As a contact person, help other department to manage their employee performance:
* Help other departments to set their annual objective;
* Help other departments to have their quarterly and annual Performance review;
* As a consultant for any rising issues and questions related with performance management.
Qualification:
? Bachelor degree or above, major in Human Resource, English, and Psychology is preferred;
? At least 6 years working experience in Human Resource field, team management experience is a plus;
? Good English skill in reading and writing;
? MNC’s background is highly preferred;
? Good command in Microsoft office suit.
