Responsibilities:
1. Provide prompt support on daily users’ trouble shootings.
2. Consult with business unit management and personnel to identify and document business requirements and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements, data scope, usage, formatting, and security requirements. Analyzes associated business function in order to work with corporate IT team to design and develop new or modified MES systems.
3. Analyze, define, and document requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, interface with other systems, internal and external checks and controls, and outputs. Write detailed & specific description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify MES.
4. Provide technical assistance by responding to inquiries regarding errors, problems, or questions with program. Train end users or technical support staff to use programs.
5. Learn about the interactive transactions between MES and SAP; improve the problem solving ability, and any potential enhancement on the integration with SAP.
6. Utilize Microsoft Development tools (i.e. Visual Stidio, C#, Access, MSOffice) and coordinate outsourcing team (if necessary) to satisfy system requirements
7. Monitor and document post-implementation problems and revision requests.

Requirements:
1.Bachelor Degree, Electronic/Computer Engineering related majors or experience equivalent to that.
2 Having been working in software development and application support for 2 years above, working with manufacturing industry background will be preferred.
3.MES (Manufacturing Execution System) implementation experience will be preferred, (5 years for Sr. Level).
4 Database administrative and developing (SQL Server preferred) experience.
5.English, good skill in listening / speaking / reading / writing.
6.High degree of skills in Microsoft NT/2000/XP and all office software products
Working knowledge of wireless LAN, hardware network, server, desktop hardware components
