Company Profile:
A professional USA company in chemicals (tapes, adhesives etc).
Responsibilities:
1. Support company for customer accounts management.
2. Support with Sales Administration
3. In charge of Office Administration:
Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
2. Minimum 3 years working experience in Customer Service, preferred in Garment or textile industry.
3. Knowledge in coordinating shipping documents.
4. Pleasant, customer oriented and willing to learn.
5. Self-starter, detail-minded, good analytical and problem solving skill.
6. Good command in listening, written and spoken English.
7. Proficient in MS applications, experience in using Dynamic AX system and CRM system are advantages.
