Job Description:
? Develop and maintain good business relationships with customers to achieve business objectives
? Provide quality and efficient services according to customer requirements, handling customer inquiries that effectively achieve customer satisfaction
? Execute daily sales operation such as sales order follow-up, full set documents preparation and goods delivery arrangement
? Liaise expeditiously and cooperatively with overseas branches
? Direct report and data maintenance to Key Area Account Manager in all sales activities
? Support to business development administrative duties if necessary
? Assist and participate in trade fairs

Requirements:
? Degree holder, preferable with Business Administration or Marketing
? About 2 years in trading or manufacturing field is a definite advantage
? Familiar in Business workflows is preferred
? Able to work independently , under pressure and to maintain quality work
? Presentable, self-initiative, possess strong interpersonal skills and computer literate
? Analytical, customer oriented, strong team player
? Extremely high business sense and basic finance skills
? Proficiency in MS office especially in Excel
? Excellent command of both written and spoken English
? Experience with operating in a multi-cultural organization is preferred
? Willing to travel
