Responsibility

- Lead HR SAP system (payroll and time management module) roll out and implementaion in Dongguan Plant
- Lead HR system related policy change.
- Support business user for new requirement submission, solution implementation and training
- Support HR CIP project and daily operation.

Qualification

- Bachelor degree or above in relevant fields.
-.At least 3 years of working experience in payroll and time management function
- Expert in Labor law and HR Policy/Process
- Excellent communication skills in both English & Chinese, written & oral.
- Good presentation, negotiation and influence skills
