职位描述
主要工作Main missions:
1. 批量生产Series production
a) 选择制造设备，并考虑到所需的安全性、质量、对环境的保护及保存方式Procurement of manufacturing equipment under consideration of demanded security, quality and environmental protection and their preservation
b) 生产设备和工装的跟踪Equipment and tooling follow-up
c) 支持ECR的管理Support ECR management
d) 支持质量问题的解决 Support quality problem solution
e) 支持设备问题的解决 Support equipment problem solution
f) 设计并实施工位布置 Concept and realize the layout of workstation
g) 工时测量、研究和工艺平衡Time measurement and process balance
h) 更新工程制造的工作程序和作业指导Update manufacturing routines and work instructions
i) 保证工艺（机器，工装，过程）处于良好状态，与HSE的规定和QCD要求相符合Keep processes (machines, tools, procedures) at best possible level in compliance with HSE regulations and QCD
j) 制定预算和投资计划，保证它们的应用Build the engineering budget and the plant CAPEX; and ensure their application
k) 监控产能的利用效率Monitor capacity utilization
l) 更新工厂的布局Keep plant lay-out updated
m) 计划，监管和联系与外部公司的工作Plan,monitor and coordinate the work of external companies
n) 创建和推广与其职责相关的流程Create and introduce procedures regarding the tasks of his field of responsibility
o) 推动问题解决Support problem solving initiatives
p) 参与PDP Participate to the plant PDP
2. 持续改进Continuous improvement
在以下方面支持持续改善的进程Support the continuous improvement process in following:
a) 人员Labor；
b) 质量Quality；
c) 设备和工装Equipment and tooling；
d) 区域Space；
e) 工作条件Work conditions
3. 新项目准备Plant readiness to launch new programs
参与生产工艺的定义，设备和机器的选择
Participate in the definition of the production process and selection of machines and equipments
a) 主导项目启动前工厂制造准备 Lead plant readiness of SOP for manufacture function.
b) 制定工厂布局，保证新产品的启动与MIFA一致Define plant layout to support new products launch in line with MIFA
c) 主导新设备和机器的安装和调试Lead the installation process of new machines and equipments
d) 支持新工艺的生产启动，保证SOP成功（在初始样件，run@rate,工艺指导书等方面开展工作）Support production in the start of new processes to ensure a successful SOP (initial samples, run @ rate, work instructions)
4. People Management人员管理
a) 安置，培训，评估和发展ME团队Staff, train coach, assess and develop the plant ME team (direct or dotted line)
b) 支持和培训其他相关职能部门Support and train other networks/functions (PSE, QSE…)
c) 参与专家网的管理（知识的资本化）Participation in the management of the expertise network (knowledge capitalization)
5. 报告Reporting
管理工艺的关键指标（TRS,换型，循环时间，可靠性）
Manage ME key indicators (TRS: change over, cycle time, reliability…)
6. 设备，工装，夹具，工具的管理
a) 参与项目阶段的设备，工装，夹具和工具的定义和布局设计
b) 批量生产后，定义工厂所以的工装、夹具和工位器具
7. 维修方面Maintenance
通过组织实施预防性和纠正性维修，从而确保技术设备设施（包括生产设备设施和公司环境设备设施等所有工厂装备，不含IT设备）的最佳运转状态
Keep all equipments and facilities in plant function normally by implementing the preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance (IT equipments are not included)
8. 主导、组织及促进改善生产活动;支持工厂PSE方法的入门及使用
Pilot, Organize and push improvement activity, support PSE implementation
a) 掌握并培训人员标准化PSE方法，工具及规则Responsible of the training of the people to the standards PSE methods, tools and principles.
b) 确保这些的标准，并对整个工厂相关的人员培训使用这些标准Guarantees the respect of these standards. He supports the plant team in the training and use of these standards.
c) PSE的活动范围包括:
i. 5S
ii. 改善Hoshin
iii. TPM
iv. 拉动式生产(卡车准备,发运,调节库存,排序器,看板,线末库存)
9. 定义潜在的改善Definition of the potential of improvement
支持区域的PSE经理在以下方面开展工作
The ME Manager of plant need to supports the Division PSE Manager in:
a) 诊断阶断：参与定义生产潜能的改进Diagnosis stage: identification of the improvement and productivity potential
b) 根据PSE计划定义改善活动Definition of the strategy to introduce the different improvement activities in accordance with the PSE plan
10. 现场Workshops
a) 根据PSE的方法和工具做一些工厂 改善的牵头（PSE工厂）Leads some pilot improvement workshop based on standard PSE methods and tools (PSE workshops)
b) 在PSE工厂中培训工厂管理和技术团队（指导）Trains the plant management and technical team of the plant to lead the PSE workshops (coaching)
c) 对工厂的管理及技术 团队培训PSE方法及工具的使用Trains the plant management and technical team to PSE methods and tools
d) 跟踪日常的PSE工厂 日常运行并负责确保PSE方法，工具及准则的使用Follows-up regularly the PSE workshops running in the plant and guarantees the respect of the standard PSE methods, tools and principles in these workshops.
e) 总结 现场PSE的结果 ，如：5S，改善，TMP，SMED等（见现场活动）Summarizes the results of each finished PSE workshop,for example: 5S, Hoshin, TPM, SMED,... (see field of activity)
11. 沟通Communication
a) 负责在工厂内传达标准的PSE文件Communicates the standardised PSE documents in the plant
b) 发展可视化的沟通使得工厂的PSE根据标准运行Develops visual communication for the running PSE workshop according to the standards
1. 批量生产Series production
a) 选择制造设备，并考虑到所需的安全性、质量、对环境的保护及保存方式Procurement of manufacturing equipment under consideration of demanded security, quality and environmental protection and their preservation
b) 生产设备和工装的跟踪Equipment and tooling follow-up
c) 支持ECR的管理Support ECR management
d) 支持质量问题的解决 Support quality problem solution
e) 支持设备问题的解决 Support equipment problem solution
f) 设计并实施工位布置 Concept and realize the layout of workstation
g) 工时测量、研究和工艺平衡Time measurement and process balance
h) 更新工程制造的工作程序和作业指导Update manufacturing routines and work instructions
i) 保证工艺（机器，工装，过程）处于良好状态，与HSE的规定和QCD要求相符合Keep processes (machines, tools, procedures) at best possible level in compliance with HSE regulations and QCD

The ME Manager of plant need to supports the Division PSE Manager in:

b) 在PSE工厂中培训工厂管理和技术团队（指导）Trains the plant management and technical team of the plant to lead the PSE workshops (coaching)
c) 对工厂的管理及技术 团队培训PSE方法及工具的使用Trains the plant management and technical team to PSE methods and tools
d) 跟踪日常的PSE工厂 日常运行并负责确保PSE方法，工具及准则的使用Follows-up regularly the PSE workshops running in the plant and guarantees the respect of the standard PSE methods, tools and principles in these workshops.

11. 沟通Communication
