岗位目标Objective of Function
致力于新产品的产品开发及量产产品工程的持续改进，包括装配工艺，包括追溯系统, 电枪拧紧以及电检的开发。
Work on new product development and drive the continuous improvement of series product engineering; also in charge of assembly process, including traceability system, fastening and E-check.

负责新项目在工厂投产前，PD相关准备工作 (制造BOM、SAP产品录入、产品问题分析及方案)
Complete PD activities after sample building transfers to plant (MBOM / SAP product tree/ product issue analysis and solution).
量产后项目
Series program
管理工厂的产品数据，对产品工程变更的工程部分负责
Manage product data (MBOM / SAP product tree / product spec / 2d &3d data...), responsible for product engineering change
主导或支持相关的持续改进工作，对PD负责的文件进行更新，包括(不仅限于)：CC &SC / MBOM / SAP产品维护 …
Lead or support related continuous improvement, update PD related documents, including CC &SC / MBOM / SAP …
产品VAVE /直接员工效率 /质量/设备综合利用率 /HSE / 人机工程
Product VAVE /DLE /Quality /TRS /Space /HSE / Ergonomics
承担公司相关FES文件以及TS1694标准要求的管理责任，确保FES文件的有效运行，并不断在部门内完善FES文件中的相关程序及其应用。
Responsible for the FES documents and TS1694 standard related management, ensure the effective operating of the FES documents, and constantly perfect the FES relevant procedures and applications

任职资格Qualifications
教育
Education 学历：大专科以上（含大专科）
Education: degree of academy or above
专业背景：机械制造、汽车、注塑模具设计，高分子材料或化工类专业
Background: Mechanical engineering, automotive, injection design, polymer material engineering or chemical engineering major.
经历
Job experience 工作经验： 2年以上相关产品设计开发工作经历。
Experience: Minimum 2years or above experiences of product development.
胜任能力：革新创造力，与他人合作能力，工作知识，分析问题和做决策，主观能动性，计划和组织能力，对质量关注，书面交流，口头交流，可靠性，委派和控制，具有团队精神。
Qualification: Creativity, teamwork , knowledge , analysis and decision-making ,activity , ability of organization , quality concept , Minimum bi-lingual (English required) , strong written and oral communication skill , team spirit .
专业技能
Professional knowledge /Skills 熟练使用常用的办公软件
Be familiar with the Microsoft software. I.e. visio, project, word, excel, otherwise AutoCAD, etc.
熟悉TS16949标准，了解ISO14000和OHSAS18001标准
Be familiar with TS16949，and know ISO14000&OHSAS18001

others 具备一定的外语口语交流能力，熟悉PPAP、APQP基础知识、了解注塑、塘塑、发泡、工艺、振动摩擦焊焊接、超声波焊接工艺；能运用通用图形软件进行结构及加工艺分析，如UG、AutoCAD、CATIA等。熟悉客户的产品认可流程，能够熟练运用SPC、DOE、8D等质量分析工具
Spoken English skill , be familiar with PPAP, APQP, understand technical process: injection, slush, foaming, vibrate welding ,US welding etc; good at graphic software, UG, AutoCAD, Catia, ProE etc and quality tool SPC,DOE, 8D etc. Be familiar with customer PPAP procedure.
