主要工作Main missions:
1 Represent customer requirements internally, Representative of management, HSE coordinator. 内部代表客户质量、管理者代表、HSE负责人
2 Define Plant Quality objectives and monitor progress. 定义工厂质量目标和监控程序
3 Manage the Plant Quality System in accordance with the Faurecia Excellence System. 按照佛吉亚卓越体系的要求管理工厂质量体系
4 Define, staff, and develop the Plant Quality organization. 定义工厂质量组长结构的人员和发展计划
5 Ensure the Plant's compliance with all Safety/regulation standards. 确保工厂遵守安全法规标准
6 Report Quality results to all relevant parties and maintain Quality records/documentation. 报告质量结果和保存质量记录和文件
7 Collaborate with the Purchasing organization in all activities and initiatives concerning Supplier Quality Assurance. 和采购部共同对供应商的问题
8 Interrupt the manufacturing or the delivery of products when Quality is not assured. 如有质量问题，终止发货或生产活动
9 建立HSE组织结构, 按照当地和国家以及相关行业建立和制定年度安全健康目标、原则和程序。贯彻和执行集团HSE体系和当地政府的政策、程序、标准；负责消防设施维护，消防演习及相关工作. Establish HSE organization; prepare safety & health objectives yearly, policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and relevant occupational safety and health setup rule and regulations. Implements the prescribed HSE policies, procedures and standards of Faurecia group and local government. Organise fire prevention equipment maintenance, fire fighting practice and related works

1 内部质量保证Ensure internal quality system
2 管理并传达ISO/TS16949标准的变更情况，监督质量体系实施，确保其更新及正确实施，特别是通过如下方法
Management and deploy the ISO/TS 16949 Quality management system specification, supervise the quality management systems implementation to meet the requirement of the ISO/TS 16949, special through the following approach:
2.1 管理评审 Management Review
2.2 体系与过程质量审核 Quality management system internal audit and manufacturing process audit
2.3 组织各部门进行质量体系文件的维护与更改Internal quality document maintenance and modification
2.4 向内部各部门提供援助、质量信息Provide the quality information and assistance to other department.
2.5 负责产品的3C认证、管理3C标示的使用 3C certification and 3C mark management
2.6 负责建立满足CCC要求的质量体系，并确保其实施和保持；
2.6.1 确保加施强制性认证标志的产品符合认证标准的要求；
2.6.2 建立文件化的程序，确保认证标志的妥善保管和使用；
2.6.3 建立文件化的程序，确保不合格品和获证产品变更后未经认证机构确认，不加贴强制性认证标志
3 计量及试验室:Calibration and laboratory
3.1 负责测量、检查及试验设备的管理Responsible for the management of the monitoring and measuring device
3.2 负责进产品的功能检查，定期对产品进行评审 Product audit according to the control plan and the testing of door panel
3.3 项目阶段负责门护板正式工装样件、批量启动件的检查等 Responsible for prototype and the initial sample performance testing etc in the program developing
3.4 负责批量生产来料检查. Incoming control at the mass production.
4 持续改进Continue improvement
4.1 改进公司的业绩及结果Improvement the site performance Quality and result
4.2 牵头跟踪质量指标Follow up the quality indicator
4.3 质量负责人有权利停止生产以解决与质量有关的问题。The quality manager have the authority to stop production to correct quality problems.
4.4 保证质量管理体系的建立，实施和维护 ensuring the quality management system are established, implemented and maintained,
4.5 向最高管理者报告质量管理体系的业绩和任何改进的需求 reporting to top management on the performance of the quality management system and any need for Improvement.
5 确保在内部提高满足顾客要求的意识 Ensuring the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the FGW.
6 建立并传达质量方针 establishing and communicating quality policy
7 制定符合质量方针的业绩指标的目标 establishing measurable quality performance indicator objectives and targets at relevant functions and levels within our organization consistent with our policy
