Principal Accountabilities主要职责：
1.Plan utilization of equipment to improve the efficiency of operations. 计划设备分配及利用, 以便提高生产效率.
2.Analyze work force utilization, facility layout, and operational data, such as process flow charts and production schedules to determine efficient utilization of workers and equipment.分析人员利用, 拉线分布及生产安排, 确保人员及设备达到最高的利用率.
3.Recommends methods for improving worker efficiency and reducing waste of materials and utilities, such as reorganizing work flow and relocating work stations and equipment. 建议提高效率及减少浪费的方案, 如对拉线及设备进行重组.
4.Work on capacity analysis for loading and actual performance. 对产能进行分析, 平衡排产和实际产量.
5.New product labor time evaluation, process and layout design.新产品工时评估,工艺布局与设计；
6.SAP sytem set up and technical support.SAP系统的建立及技术支持；
7.Engieering BOM(fixture/equipment) set up and update. 工程BOM（夹具/设备）的建立和更新；
8.New product cost analysis and evaluation.新产品成本分析与评估；
9.Improve productivity, optimizing processes by IE tools.利用IE工具优化流程,提高生产效率；
10Time study on equipment UPH. 考察设备产量.
11.Make sure equipment meet safety requirement. 确保设备上的安全装置.
12.Develop and maintain engineering documentations.管理及维护工程文件；

Job Requirement 岗位要求:
1. Technical or Mechanical Degree, preferable in electrical engineering or automation.技术或机械类专业, 懂电气工程及自动化尤佳；
2. Over 3 years engineering experience,need to familiar with the process of Inductor or transformer;3年以上工程经验,熟悉电感或变压器工艺流程；
3. Skills Lean, 6 sigma ,TPM and related IE method.掌握精益生产,6 Sigma技能以及全面质量管理和IE方式方法；
4. Good command of English.良好的英语表达能力；
5. Good PC skills, Knowledge of MS Office (MS Word and Excel),SAP、AutoCAD.良好的电脑操作技能，包括Word&Excel等办公软件， 懂得SAP/Auto CAD；
6. Willing to work hard and face challege.工作努力并愿意接受挑战；
7.Able to have proper data keeping. 具有数据管理的能力。
