Principal Accountabilities 主要职责：
1.Quickly solve the equipment problem on line to meet down time target and smooth run production;快速解决在线设备问题以满足目标时间及生产的稳定运行；
2.Create projects to improve equipment functions for the reduction of machine down time and spare part cost;组建项目以提高设备功能,减少停机时间和零件成本；
3.Spare part management;配件管理；
4.Design error proof device to reduce the customer complaint and scrap;设计访错装置减少客户投诉及报废；
5.Optimize the machine setting to improve the first pass yield;优化机器装置提高首次通过率；
6.Setup equipment for new production line;新生产线的设备安装；
7.New equipment evaluation and qualification;新设备的评估和鉴定；
8.Safety document management;安全文档管理；
9.Job safety analysis/assessment and eliminate potential safety risk;工作安全分析/评估及消除潜在的安全风险；
10.Train the technician.对技术员进行培训。

Job Requirement岗位要求：
1.College or above degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent major along with 5+ years of maintenance engineering experience;大专及以上学历,机械工程类相关专业,5年以上维修工程经验；
2.Background in mechanical, electrical and electronic engineering principles;拥有机械、电气及电子工程背景；
3.Strong capability for consistent working independently;有较强的独立工作能力；
4.Master skill in Auto-CAD, solidwork and MS office software;能熟练操作AutoCAD软件和一般的办公软件；
5.Can communicate in English.能用英语进行交流。
