基本职责：
1、负责与各车间（印刷、复合、分切与制袋）的紧密协作。
2、依据数据处理的方法来鉴定现有的生产工艺流程的合理有效程度，
并依此来驱动产品与生产工艺流程的持续改善。
3、亲自参与推动旨在提高产品和工艺效率的各类项目的实施。
4、校验与文件的编制。
基本要求：
1、本科及以上学历，高分子材料工程、印刷工程相关专业；
2、5年以上印刷软包装生产、工程、品保相关工作经验，3年以上PE岗位工作经验；
3、熟悉印刷软包装的生产试产、产线异常分析处理、生产收益回报分析以及制程异常处理等工作；
4、具备丰富的软包装知识；
5、熟悉印刷软包各类原材料和机械设备性能；
6、熟悉印刷软包装各项生产流程和工艺；
7、熟悉印刷软包装产品质量标准和要求；
8、熟悉6SIGMA/SPC等管理工具应用者尤佳；
9、熟悉办公电脑软件操作；
10、优秀应届毕业生也可以为该岗位管培生（限招聘2人）
