Main responsibilities:

1. Orders handling and administration.
2. Supervision of the shipping activities and invoicing.
3. Liaison with various departments in Miele factories for orders and shipments.
4. Liaison with internal departments to monitor the plan orders/deliveries to meet the sales commitment.
5. Liaison with forwarders and logistics service providers.
6. Maintain ISO 9001 Quality Management system for ordering review, customer property and customer satisfaction survey.
7. Annual budget preparation and lead the own working team.
8. Regular reporting.
9. Supervise the ERP system application process in ordering.

Requirements:

• University graduated in business administration or commerce.
• 5 years or above of working experience in the relevant job position.Working in an international company is preferable.
• Good understanding of the ordering and shipping process in an international company domain and be able to conduct his own task objectives on his own.
• Be comfortable working in a target driven environment and considers himself/herself a team player.
• A high standard of efficiency and work ethics.
• Good understanding of the team leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to initiate and conduct meetings and present relevant KPI reports as required.
• Ability to compute the various cost data to contribute a product cost structure for Mgmt. review.
• Ability to conduct himself/herself with professionalism and integrity.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, other languages are preferable.
• Has a hunger to succeed.
• Self-driven.
