IC 封装行业 process development manager

？ The Package Engineering plays a key role in develop new packages that meet customer's requirement.
？ Promote advanced designs and design methods, introduce new and more efficient production techniques.
？ To ensure a seamless technology transfer to operation of new packages developed by the package development group, and new product introduction (NPI) implementation thru APQP framework
？ Responsible for the growth and increase in the teams' finances and earnings.
？ Coach and develop subordinates to meet team’s KPI.
？ Establish project management system; ensure project development to follow the industry approach including project planning, risk assessment, project monitoring, production download, etc.
？ Monitor project progress closely with concerned process owners.
？ Provide latest project update to related depts. for better & earlier project engagement and keep relevant parties (TPM, CQE, CS) updated on project plans, progress, issues and risks
？ Technical discussion / review with customers & vendors for better development roadmap / direction alignment & technical competency enhancement.
？ Coordinate and liaise with other departments to deliver and implement solutions or new product
？ Report overall project performance to management monthly.
？ Provide necessary trainings to subordinates in order to improve in both technical and leadership competency

Requirements:
? Min Bachelors Degree in Engineering from an accredited university or equivalent experience.
? Min 15 years experience in semiconductor assembly area. Process Engineering experience in both FOL and EOL assembly preferred. And at least 8 years at a managerial role
? Preferable and added advantage with experience in BGA, Leadframe, Package design and expertise in FOL and EOL process.
? Proven in project management in semiconductor packaging industry.
? Able to work independently, and proactively in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
? Good knowledge in quality tools such as SPC, DFSS, FMEA, DOE, APQP approach.
? Good knowledge in material characterization & failure analysis tools
? Good team player.
? Strong interpersonal and communication skills in spoken and written English and Chinese, with proven planning and problem solving abilities.
