Location: Suzhou / Dongguan
We are a leading soldering technology and equipment provider from Germany for the SMT industry and are now looking to bring on an accomplished senior sales manager to take advantage of the ever increasing Chinese market, selling and marketing our Reflow Oven. The candidate must have solid sales experience in SMT industry and have a proven track record in generating new business.
Responsibilities:
Develop leading position in the industry in accordance with the company business development strategy.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with decision makers of target accounts.
Achieve target revenue, share, profitability and our position at strategic accounts.
Monitor project progress, coordinate with related parties to ensure effective project follow-up and its completion within project lead time.
Liaise with the technical department so as to be able to provide the best quality of advice and support to customers
Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Must have more than 2-5 years solid sales experience for equipment in SMT line
Good knowledge of sales operation process and key account management
Strong interpersonal skills and networking strength in the region
Relationship to senior level of key customers
Drive initiatives, enthusiastic, natural leader of team
Strong problem solving skills
Frequent travel is required
Good command of spoken & written English

120k RMB - 240k RMB + Commission
