Position Accountabilities:

1.Maintain the operation of the Dongguan Documentation Center (DDC) in an efficient and effective way and enhance the cooperation between the DDC and all branches in Hong Kong and South China;

2.Supervise documentation clerks, allocate workload within team;

3.Lead his/her subordinates for all new release SOP and tools, including required training;

4.Manage the entire activities in the daily operation and be interface to other ocean departments in HK/South China;

5.Enhance the quality of service and output in the team continuously.

Relevant Education Background, Skill, Knowledge and Experience:

1.University graduate;

2.5 years of Ocean freight forwarding experience with at least 2 years managerial experience;

3.Able to handle I/E docs, transshipment, operation, consolidation;

4.Good command of written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin;

5.Ability to work independently, work under pressure and strong service orientation;

6.Aggressive and self motivated;

7.PC Knowledge: MS Excel & Word / Outlook
