Our Chinese subsidiary is now looking for an experienced sales support for its wire business in China. The position location can be in shanghai or other city to be defined, with many business trip (3-4 days per week).
主要责任 General Responsibilities:
- Development of our sales network, coordination of distributors.
- Sales & technical support to distributors and customers of wire drawing lubricants.

主要任务- Tasks overview :
1 Wire drawing business development
- Develop the sales network in South & Center CHINA areas.
- Follow up existing customers and prospects in South & Center CHINA areas.
- Ensure the marketing and sales strategy in all areas for Wire drawing products.
- Support all China areas distributor in the “Hot prospect” to “customer” transformation
- Review customer satisfaction and report on customer issues on all areas.
2 Wire drawing sales activity supervision:
- Supervise and coordinate the marketing investigation.
- Supervise our sales activity (distributors) on a quarterly basis.
- Ensure quality & accuracy of sales activity reporting.
3 Wire drawing technical support:
- Analyze end user technical processing & needs, support for product recommendations
- Assist product trials when necessary, and promote the “right usage of lubricants”.
- When customers report technical problems, analyze situations and propose solutions.
Candidate Requirements:
- Graduated in Mechanical or chemical science (technical background).
- More than 5 years working experience in wire drawing related companies (production, quality, methods, technical sales or technical purchasing).
- Fluent in English (frequent contact with French headquarters)
- Flexible and eager to learn. Problem solver. Entrepreneur spirit. Independent.
- Originated from southern China and Cantonese speaker is a plus.
