职位描述
岗位职责：
1、负责处理网上订单和400电话订单；
2、负责客户日常货物跟踪及信息反馈；
3、负责审单、录单，整理和保管各种单据及档案；
4、负责客户订单状态查询，处理客户咨询、投诉、建议及货物运输途中的异常；
5、维系好客户，监控客户的发货量，将异常信息反馈给业务部经理；
6、负责和客户及财务对账。
岗位要求：
1、物流管理相关专业，大专及以上学历，有物流客服工作经验者优先；
2、普通话标准，口齿清晰，优秀的应变能力、协调能力和解决问题能力；
3、具备较强的工作责任心、工作积极性和客户服务意识；
4、熟练操作WORD/EXCEL/PPT等办公软件；
5、性格开朗、热情耐心，善于处理人际关系；
6、懂得一定的财务知识。

Evershine Industry Freight Limited is a one-stop shop dedicating to providing customized logistics solutions to world-wide infrastructure construction projects concerning oil & gas, electricity and transportation industry. With the strong and continuous growth of the Chinese economy, Ever shine has evolved out of its Shenzhen office which was set up in August, 2006, we now have office in Shanghai and operation base in Shenzhen. All our offices work with a personalized approach in helping our customers grow and compete in the emerging markets overseas.
Strengthening our office network, Ever shine has set up operation base in Shenzhen supporting customers in air & sea chartering, express delivery, import & export customs clearance, loading & unloading of vessels as well as inland transportation. In the meantime, our offices in Guangzhou and Shanghai are co-coordinating and following up the customer requests both at home and abroad.
