职位描述：
1.带领销售团队开拓市场，拜访客户，并对团队人员进行管理和培训。
2.结合市场实际需要，做好市场分析及销售计划。
3.分析客户需求，制定合理规范的物流提案和报价。
4.负责客户的定期维护和管理，并对团队人员进行业绩考察和考评。
5.负责销售业务团队的建设，提高和增强协作效率，充分发挥团队力量。
6. 对开发项目进行成本核算，协助项目部门对销售应收账款进行跟踪和管理。
7.积极完成销售目标和销售指标。
8. 完成部门上级领导临时工作任务。
岗位要求：
1.从事油墨、油漆、聚氨酯树脂等化工业务三年以上相关工作经验。
2.拥有丰富业务培训及电话营销能力，同时具有培训经验。
3.大学专科以上或同等学历，拥有卓越的销售团队管理经验及能力。
4.具有一定的市场营销策划能力及部门管理能力。
5.熟练操作计算机，具有良好的沟通协调及组织能力。
6.能认同公司经营理念及企业文化。
7.书写能力强，具有良好的文笔，积极上进
