MAJOR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

？ Dedicate to monitor ODM new product MP quality, from MFG process/yield rate/CPK, IQC inspection record, OOB cosmetic/function trend chard, monthly ORT, and drive ODM FPY to meet HTC goal.

？ Follow up non-conforming issue from process inspection, OOB inspection, quality complaints from customer, product returns and safety recalls. Drive root cause analysis, corrective action and preventive action implementation.

？ Monthly line audit and OBA sampling inspection to monitor ODM quality

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

3+ years working experience with mobility/handheld device on quality and Supplier Chain management.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

?Demonstrated leadership, organizational, analytical and problem solving skills.

?Strong background and experience in supplier quality assurance, quality control and quality management, familiarity with statistical tools as SPC/ CpK, and FMEA, gage R&R, DOE.

?Should possess good understanding of manufacturing processes including PCBA, Injection Molding, Metal Stamping, Die casting, assembly, EM parts etc.

?Self-disciplined, self-starter, ability to work in cross-functional & global team environment.

?Passion for excellence with high integrity, commitment to quality, willing to take frequent travel and work with suppliers.
