ABOUT DIRECT HR:
DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN RECRUITING PROFESSIONALS IN FINANCE & ACCOUNTING, SALES & MARKETING AND HUMAN RESOURCES FOR LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS IN CHINA.

Recruitment process:
+ Telephone Interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Draft, formulate and update company HR policy and working process; coach HR BP to understand and convey relative policy and process, update employee handbook.
+ Responsible for new project HR plan, and provide HR consulting for new project.
+ Analyze company personnel changes (headcount, turnover rates, attendance rate, etc.).
+ Responsible for tracking the plan and execution of HR policy, and give sound advice.
+ Supervise and coach subordinates, and responsible for recruitment, performance evaluation of HR BP.
+ Organize and coordinate employee activities, control the budget of activities
+ Build and advertise company culture.
+ Monitor and HR system.
+ Other assigned work by HR Director, and deal with some unexpected Human Resource affairs of the company.
Requirements:
+ Bachelor degree or above majoring in Human Resource management or Business Administration.
+ At least 6 years HR experience, with more than 2 years HR BP experience.
+ Automotive or machinery background is preferred.
+ Familiar with labor law and has relative knowledge of HR expense calculation.
+ Skilled in MS Office, SAP, etc.
+ Fluent in German and English.
+ Good communication skills.
