General Manager China – based in Changchun
中国总经理 – 工业自动化 – 长春
Responsibilities:
- Report to the Director China
- Responsible for the entire operation (branch companies in China), with around 160 employees
- In charge of the general management like sales, manufacturing, engineering, customer service, administration etc.
- Responsible for the strategic and general business development in China, in close cooperation with Director
- Managerial responsibility for project and contract execution
- Maintain the close contact with the clients and satisfy the clients
- Communication and cooperation with the other intern companies
Requirements:
- University or similar degrees in engineering, preferably in electrical or automation Engineering. Additional business administration education or MBA is a plus
- At least 5 years professional and successful experience in senior management position with P&L responsibility, of which at least 3 years in China
- At least 5 years of sales experience in the automotive automation industry, sales and cost oriented
- Preferably familiar with processes in electric engineering, project management, installation and commissioning of automation systems
- Management experience in leading the sales and service teams
- Willingness to travel within China
- Fluent in German and English is Must, Chinese (Mandarin) is Plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organization skills, ideas to improve company organisation permanently
- Responsible, independent, customer oriented, self motivated
