Responsibilities:
-Report to the Director China
-Responsible for the entire operation (branch companies in China), with around 160 employees
-In charge of the general management like sales, manufacturing, engineering, customer service, administration etc.
-Responsible for the strategic and general business development in China, in close cooperation with Director
-Managerial responsibility for project and contract execution
Maintain the close contact with the clients and satisfy the clients
-Communication and cooperation with the other intern companies

Requirements:
-University or similar degrees in engineering, preferably in electrical or automation Engineering. Additional business administration education or MBA is a plus
-At least 5 years professional and successful experience in senior management position with P&L responsibility, of which at least 3 years in China
-At least 5 years of sales experience in the automotive automation industry, sales and cost oriented
-Preferably familiar with processes in electric engineering, project management, installation and commissioning of automation systems
-Management experience in leading the sales and service teams
-Willingness to travel within China
-Fluent in German and English is Must, Chinese (Mandarin) is Plus
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Good organization skills, ideas to improve company organisation permanently
-Responsible, independent, customer oriented, self motivated
