· Willing and able to travel on frequent basis
· Oral and written communication skills
· Experienced driver, preferred a car owner, but not a must
· Fluent in Mandarin, basic spoken and written English, excellent in local dialect is required
Education & Training
Bachelor's degree or above
At least 5 years of sales or marketing experience in sales & marketing, preferably in Auto Business and foreign
companies, but not a must

职 责:
The Account Manager's main responsibility is to implement sales and marketing plan of Extended Warranty and Auto Insurance, by working closely with the sales and distribution manager with support from the rest of the Insurance China team.
客户经理旨在完成公司延保业务的市场销售指标,与大区经理积极配合,确保中国销售团队的延保业务。
Visit auto dealers on regular basis and establish working relationship with their Group Directors, General Managers, Sales Managers, Station Manager, Finance Managers and other people related to our programs 通过拜访经销商与其建立良好的合作关系,并与销售相关的净销售总经理,总监,销售经理,店经理,财务经理保持沟通。
Training materials design, training sessions scheduling and coordination, courses delivery and ensure there is sufficient follow-up 设计延保产品的培训材料,协调安排产品培训计划,确保有效地跟进与培训效果
Provide on site support to dealers, understand their issues and resolve issues in timely manner 为经销售提供现场销售支持,及时沟通解决经销商遇到的问题
Understand customer issues, concerns and complaints and resolve them effectively and efficiently 了解客户需求,及时有效解决客户的顾虑和投诉
Contribute to establish dealer KPIs, explain to dealers and implement by working closely with dealer management to achieve performance targets 参与制定经销商KPI,并管理经销商执行KPI以帮助他们完成销售目标
Work closely with field teams from SGM and GMAC-SAIC and share common resources where it is possible 与区域团队协作
Help devise claims handling process and coordinate in actual claims process 帮助设计理赔流程并协助实际理赔操作
