Optimises sales and controllable contribution within the store.

·Directs division to drive and achieve sales plans指导部门推动并实现销售计划
·Accountable for controllable costs 负责控制成本
·Sets a high standard of personal productivity and encourages team to do the same设置较高的个人生产率标准并鼓励团队实现该标准。
·Implements action plans to improve KPI’s to maximise business opportunities执行行动方案,提高 KPI,扩大商机。
·Reviews and adjusts employee schedules to ensure appropriate floor coverage to complete all workload and to maximise sales检查并调整员工安排,确保适当的楼层覆盖效果,完成所有工作量,最大程度提高销售额。
·Implements shortage action plan in partnership with the leadership team to minimize loss and achieve shrinkage goal 协助领导团队执行缺货行动方案,尽量减少损失,实现收缩目标。
·Prepares and analyzes LOD tracking sheets to optimize peak hour opportunities编制并分析 LOD 跟踪表,优化高峰时段商机。
·Communicates and manages floor coverage as LOD按照 LOD,针对楼层覆盖情况进行管理和沟通。

o Achieves budgeted sales in line with annual budget根据年预算目标实现预算销售额。
o Works towards like for like sales growth努力工作,实现同比销售增长。
o Achieves planned shrinkage results for division实现部门的计划收缩目标。

·Ensures an exceptional customer experience by assessing interactions on the sales floor and in the fitting rooms评估前场和试衣间的互动,确保优异的顾客体验。
·Fosters customer centric culture by recognizing and rewarding team认可和奖励团队,培养顾客至上文化。
·Ensures optimal floor coverage to maximize customer engagement, selling and task completion确保最佳前场覆盖,最大程度提高客户沟通、销售和任务完成效果。
·Develops and trains sales-oriented Associates equipped with product knowledge 发展并培训具备产品知识并以销售为导向的员工。
·Knows who our competitors are and what they do in the market了解竞争对手及其市场动向。
·Identifying and resolving problem areas within the sales area确认和解决销售区域内的问题。

Managing and Operating:

Demonstrates an effective and productive store supporting the business and demonstrates that Risk Management is a focus.

·Ensures shelf availability, data integrity, shrink control, P&P compliance. 确保货架可用率、数据完整性、收缩控制和 P&P 遵守。
·Monitors and enforces adherence to all corporate policies (eg. Dress code, return policy, safety, LP etc.) as directed by the policies and procedures按照政策和规程要求,监督并促进执行所有公司政策(比如,着装规范、退货政策、安全、LP 等)。
·Delivers effective payroll management in store. 有效管理店铺薪资。
·Controls losses through effective loss prevention plans.制定实施有效的防损计划,控制损失发生。
·Monitors and implements quarterly Ops audit监督并实施季度 Ops 审计。
·Conducts daily floor walks for Division to ensure brand retail standards are maintained进行部门销售区域的日常巡视,确保维护品牌零售标准。
·Compiles daily / weekly divisional action plans that are focused on brand / customer service standards遵守每日/每周部门行动方案,聚焦品牌/客户服务标准。

o Organisational Standards delivered to corporate guidelines.为公司方针交付组织标准。
o Replenishment Audits achieve or better corporate tolerance targets.补货审计结果达到或好于公司的容差目标。

EXPERIENCE 经验

·Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to influence all levels of management and staff.必须具备优秀的口头和书面沟通技巧,有能力影响各级管理人员和员工。
·Must have high sense of urgency with demonstrated ability to work independently and to make effective decisions in a timely manner.必须具有独立工作的能力,和及时高效决策的紧迫感。

Experience required:

·Demonstrated management skills as Store Manager or Associate Manager具备作为店铺经理和副经理的管理技巧
·Proven track record in people development, manpower planning time management and strong leadership qualities出色的人员发展跟踪记录、人力资源计划、时间管理和优秀的领导能力。

Schedule Requirement
工作时间要求
·Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business will require weekends and evening shifts. Overnights may be required.
能够根据工作需要适应弹性工作时间,工作时间可能包括周末和夜班。可能需要通宵工作。
