Position: Manager (Development)

Job Opportunity
Job Duties
? Provide feasibility study on system delivery
? Carry project planning and tracking activities.
? Assist in requirement management and project scoping.
? Lead 2-3 sub teams to deliver Utilities project components development.
? Monitor and review the team's delivery to ensure the quality objectives are met.
? Ensure proper project communication and coordination among team members.
? Communicate with partners/customers regarding project progress, resolve issues related to project delivery

Candidate Specifications
? Team Manager / Project Manager with 2-3 years’ experience in position and at least 10 years IT experience
? Minimize 20 months’ workflow related project experience
? Solid technical skill on Java, J2EE, OO Design Pattern and Database design
? Solid experience in full project life cycle for system development
? Experienced in project management, including project planning, monitoring and quality assurance
? Experienced in team management, able to build productive teams
? Good communication skill, fluent in written/spoken English
? Experience on framework Spring and Hibernate, is an advantage.
? Experience on IBM BPM 7.5.1 above, IBM FileNet, HP Extreme / Dialogue, is an advantage.
? Experience on BPM, ECM related projects is an advantage;
? Quick learner and flexible to adapt to a keep changing circumstance;
? Strong analytical, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
