Job responsibilities ( 工作职责）:

1) Reports to the Officer Manager
向办公室经理汇报

2) Prepares the inspection / project files for distribution to the respective sites upon the confirmation of the contract
准备及分发项目所需的文件及资料

3) Monitors the contract requirement by each inspection.
监控客户每次检验，测试等的要求/需求

4) Assigns inspectors to each site per day
检验工作分配

5) Coordinates with the customers and the Inspectors / Surveyors for each inspection and project
协调客户和现场工作并及时沟通

6) Prepares the project Manpower requirement in accordance with the contract and informs the Manager of the shortfall or excess
根据项目的需要安排人力
