Interaction Designer -- 交互设计师
RESPONSIBILITIES
1 Collaborate with North American Designers and Researchers who have direct access to North American users. Be able to interpret Personas, Usability Test Results and Analytics from North American colleagues to iteratively improve your designs.
2 Work closely with Chengdu and Xian based developers in a SCRUM development process.
3 Use Interaction Design methods to create meaningful relationships between people and the products and services that they use. Create wireframes and prototypes of web and mobile software in Axure RP software in collaboration with North American designers.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

1 English communication skills.
2 Degree or experience in a related field.
3 Design portfolio showing Interaction Design for mobile or web-applications. We’re specifically interested in your user-centered design process and problem solving skills.
4 A proven bias towards understanding and solving the problems of people. We’re not looking for coders or technologists.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALITIES

1 Exceptional teamwork and communication skills.
2 Experience designing for the North American market.
3 Experience working in a a SCRUM development environment, where you will attend daily scrums with co-located developers and your prototypes will serve as design specifications.
4 Mobile design experience
5 Visual design experience, particularly in layout and information design.
6 Understanding of how the web works, particularly browser-based presentation technologies.
7 Axure RP rapid-prototyping software

Visual Designer -- 视觉设计师
RESPONSIBILITIES
1 Innovating, conceptualizing, designing and bringing next generation of products to life
2 Creating visually stunning, smart interfaces
3 Delivering design comps, redlines and production-ready assets
4 Asset production and image optimization
5 Collaboration and communication with Interaction Designers and Developers through implementation phase to realize design vision
6 Team communication (China and N.A.) via phone, Skype, WebEx, and email
7 Adherence to product style guide
8 Involvement in the QA process
9 Iteratively improve the quality of design with your product(s)
10 Work closely with Chengdu and Xian based developers in a SCRUM development process
11 Remote attendance and participation in monthly, global Visual Design team meetings
12 Contribute to design brainstorming and work sessions

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
1 Written and spoken English skills required
2 BA/BS/MFA degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Interface Design
or equivalent experience
3 Adobe Creative Suite expertise required (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
4 Portfolio of recent projects required

DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALITIES
1 3-5 years related design experience (desktop, software and mobile)
2 Impeccable eye for design aesthetics and a great attention to detail
3 Understanding of fundamental design principles: typography, composition, hierarchy, and color
4 Ability to deliver quality work on tight deadlines
5 Exceptional teamwork and communication skills
6 Experience working in a scrum/agile environment
7 Experience designing for the North American market
8 Knowledge of current Internet standards, including web browsers and browser specifications, screen resolution, and file optimization
9 Working knowledge of HTML, and CSS
10 Strong presentation and communication skills
11 Ability to manage feedback from various stakeholders
